The king room was fabulous, included a large shower and a shower. Very central location was a plus.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel during our visit to Olbia and were delighted with our experience. The location was perfect for us as we were transiting through the city, and it was conveniently situated just a block from the historic area and across from the harbor and archaeological museum. Being very central, it was only a short stroll away from the pedestrian street, with its numerous shops and restaurants.

Excellent Reception & Breakfast Personnel. Option to use the beachchairs etc. from the ITI Park Hotel Porto Istana (7km's away) was a welcome surprise. Grans Hotel President is a great hotel to explore the Northern part of Sardegna. Olbia has various good restaurants and is very lively during the evening! We hope to come back to explore more. King room with air conditioning. Absolutely perfect location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic basilica.

The location was unbeatable, not very far from Isola Bianca Harbour. The room was vintage and a nice size, greatly enjoyed that. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly during our stay.

Varied and delicious breakfast, fine food choice. Unbeatable and particularly good location, fantastic guest room with nice balcony and ample closet space, for instance. 0.5 miles from Olbia airport...

Not very welcoming staff!

Lovely building and rooms with ample closet space. Comfortable and top location, close to attractions. And close enough to the Marina, the port for ferries and cruise ships and many restaurants.

Everything was very good, attentive staff, incredible location so close to a very good restaurant and objects, and the main cafe / shopping street. Spotless and tasteful rooms with balcony👍

The location of the property was perfect, close to attractions. The triple room was tasteful and had a spacious bathroom.

The room was well laid out and well-appointed and complete with ample closet space, a large balcony plus king size bed. Good location in traditional area, just off the port and ships and the street where the restaurants.

It's a luxurious classic old hotel nestled in an elegant style building. The staff are efficient and the location is ideal close to Olbia historic area. When I am in Olbia, I like staying here.

The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of closet space. The bathroom had a large shower and was recently renovated. The hotel's location was very convenient, just a block away from the pedestrian street. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options and good quality food.

It could have been better in terms of variety and taste. Another aspect that I didn't like was the mattress, which I found to be too thin and uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated close to the center of the old town and the newly opened museum. The front desk was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. They had an amazing buffet breakfast and the room was absolutely gorgeous. I was really happy with the layout and cleanliness of the room. Everything down to the detail was really thought out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Olbia.

Professional staff and the best location possible for ferries to the mainland. Clean and quiet. Close to citycenter, Very easy access to the rest of Sardegna. Highly recommended!
